Janosik

The story of Janosik, a legendary "Central European Robin Hood", based on a real XVIII century documents and on a romantic legend, operating with a very subjective, original lyricism: the hero is tragic and at the same time very contemporary.

My take

A sweeping period drama about a legendary outlaw who steals from the powerful and captures hearts. Romantic, rebellious, and steeped in real history—perfect for when you want adventure with emotional depth and a touch of moral complexity.
