Audience

A medical student becomes a zombie and takes a job at a coroner’s office to access the brains she needs while preserving her humanity. Eating them gives her flashes of the victims’ memories and personality traits, helping her work with a medical examiner and detective to investigate murders.

My take

You’ll likely enjoy this if you want a funny, approachable mix of zombie fiction, crime solving, personality-driven comedy, and light drama; Not for you if you prefer gritty apocalypse stories or consistently serious horror.
