After a devastating uprising, a treatment allows formerly dead people to return to their communities. As one young man tries to rebuild his life and reconnect with those around him, he faces prejudice, family tensions, and the difficult challenge of belonging in a society that still fears him.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you prefer thoughtful, character-driven horror with social themes and emotional relationships over constant gore; Not for you if you want fast-paced zombie action like Dead Set.
