Ironside

After an assassin’s bullet leaves a former police chief using a wheelchair, he continues working as a consultant for the department. With a small, diverse team assisting him, he tackles cases involving crime, corruption, personal conflicts, and changing social issues in San Francisco.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like classic, cerebral police dramas such as Kojak or Hawaii Five-O, strong character relationships, and social issues; Not for you if you need fast pacing, constant action, or modern presentation.
