My take

Pixar's emotional masterpiece follows Riley, an 11-year-old girl, as her five core emotions—Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust—navigate her turbulent transition from Minnesota to San Francisco. Through the eyes of these personified feelings, the film explores how all emotions, even sadness, are essential to growing up and processing life's changes. It's a touching, imaginative celebration of emotional complexity that resonates with both children and adults.
