God of Gamblers Part III: Back to Shanghai

A psychic gambler sends a powerful young gambler and his uncle back to 1937 Shanghai. Stranded in the past, they face dangerous rivals, become entangled in local conflicts, and search for a way to return to 1991 while confronting questions tied to the young gambler’s family history.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like broad Hong Kong comedy, martial-arts action, fantasy twists, and Stephen Chow’s playful style; Not for you if you want focused gambling suspense or a serious time-travel story.
