Get Away

A family heads to a remote Swedish island for a vacation, but the locals’ uneasy welcome and a festival tied to the island’s cannibalistic past make the getaway increasingly dangerous. As tensions rise, the family finds itself caught in a bloody, darkly comic horror story.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like bloody, deliberately silly horror comedies with folk-horror flavor; Not for you if slow beginnings, extreme gore, or uneven jokes quickly test your patience.
