Eden

A group of disillusioned outsiders leave modern society to build a new life on a remote island. Their vision of paradise is tested by harsh conditions, dangerous wildlife, scarce resources, and growing tensions as competing personalities and ambitions make cooperation increasingly difficult.

My take

You may enjoy this dark, fact-based survival drama for its tense island setting, strong performances, and study of human nature; Not for you if you dislike melodrama, slower pacing, or intense conflict.
