Dark Nature

After leaving an abusive relationship, a woman joins a small therapy group on a remote mountain retreat meant to help them heal. Guided by a doctor using unorthodox techniques, the trip turns frightening when something in the surrounding forest begins to stalk them and force buried fears to the surface.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like trauma-tinged creature horror with a slow build, uneasy group dynamics, and a forest setting; Not for you if you want nonstop scares or tightly paced storytelling like Bed of the Dead.
