Chances

A young couple meet in a small town in northern Nevada. They fall in love despite their humble shelter and their lowly jobs working in a casino and bar. It soon becomes problematic for the couple when their spotted past come to haunt them and they are forced to make an escape to the wilds of the desert.

My take

A gritty romance about two people who find love in the margins, only to have their past catch up with them. Tense, atmospheric, and deeply human—for viewers who like stories about second chances and survival against the odds.
