Bloody Pit Of Horror

A photoshoot inside a remote castle turns into a gruesome nightmare when a deranged former actor believes he's the reincarnation of a medieval executioner. As he dons the mask of the "Crimson Executioner," the castle becomes a bloody trap for the unsuspecting models and crew. This Italian Gothic horror movie blends camp, sadism, and vintage scares, starring bodybuilder-turned-actor Mickey Hargitay (Lady Frankenstein) in a memorably unhinged role.

My take

A deliriously campy 1960s Gothic nightmare where a deranged actor becomes a murderous executioner inside a remote castle. Perfect for horror fans who crave vintage thrills with a side of unhinged theatricality—this one leans into the absurd as much as the gruesome.
