Beowulf

A wandering warrior reaches a besieged fortress plagued by a man-eating creature that strikes at night. As he offers to confront the monster, tensions grow among the fortress ruler, his daughter, and the military leader whose possible involvement in a murder casts suspicion over the stronghold.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like eccentric, low-budget fantasy action with monsters, leather-clad warriors, and a techno-infused atmosphere; Not for you if you want faithful mythology, polished effects, or consistently serious drama.
