CriticsCritics: 32

A young man raised far from his royal origins becomes a skilled warrior after tragedy destroys his home. Able to communicate with animals, he joins forces with unexpected allies and sets out across a dangerous world to confront the oppressive power behind his family's suffering.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like cheesy 1980s sword-and-sorcery adventures, practical creatures, and fast-moving action; Not for you if you want polished effects, subtle performances, or a highly original story.
