Ezekiel must travel to the city from his village to collect the items sent to him by Samantha, his online friend from the United States. With no money to pay for his transportation from his village to the city but with the determination to collect the gift, he embarks on the journey with the only means of transportation available for him. Faced with numerous life challenges along the road and meeting Osman takes Ezekiel to a world of uncertainty, and he questions his existence as human.

My take

A deceptively light-hearted comedy that turns unexpectedly introspective. Follow Ezekiel's seemingly simple quest to collect a gift from an online friend as it becomes a profound journey questioning identity, connection, and what it means to be human.
