Under Siege 2: Dark Territory

A passenger train is hijacked and transformed into a mobile command center for a satellite weapon. As the terrorists threaten a major American city, a former Navy SEAL traveling with his niece must use his combat skills to protect the passengers and stop the plan.

My take

You’ll enjoy it if you like pulpy 1990s action, one-man-against-an-army heroes, and train-based suspense; Not for you if you want realism, subtle performances, or a tightly logical plot.
