Uncle Potato Meets The Cruiser

This satirical look back to 1986 when a fictional local drink, Spud Fizz, made from potatoes was mysteriously closing in on the established brands is narrated by Uncle Potato. In addition to the odd popularity of the drink, a vandal, known as the Cruiser (turns out its a bitter local woman who hates men) was wreaking havoc on the small Ohio town. There is also strange little girl who signs a song that becomes a local celebrity as well.

My take

A bizarrely charming comedy that celebrates small-town oddity and 80s nostalgia. Perfect for when you want something weird, wickedly funny, and utterly unpredictable—where a potato soda, a vengeful vandal, and a singing child collide in the most delightfully absurd ways.
