The Wave

When a mountain pass above a scenic Norwegian fjord collapses, it sends a massive tsunami toward the nearby town. A geologist caught in the disaster must race against time as residents flee to safety and families struggle to survive the devastation.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like grounded disaster thrillers with family stakes, rising tension, and dramatic natural settings; Not for you if you want nonstop spectacle or highly original storytelling.
