The Snow Queen

A ruthless queen spreads eternal winter, turning a young boy into ice. His sister sets out on a dangerous journey through a frozen fairy-tale world, meeting unusual companions and facing obstacles as she tries to rescue him and restore warmth and feeling to the land.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like fairy-tale adventures such as Fantastic Journey to Oz, especially for its wintry visuals and family-friendly spirit; Not for you if rushed storytelling and uneven dubbing are distracting.
