The Snake Woman
In a 19th-century English village, a young woman cursed by her father's experiments with snake venom transforms into a deadly reptile, terrorizing the countryside. As the bodies pile up, each poisoned with cobra venom, a returning scientist must uncover the truth behind the chilling legend of the Snake Woman. This eerie 1961 horror movie blends gothic suspense with a sinister twist.
My takeA deliciously creepy gothic horror that preys on your fear of the unknown. Perfect for when you want genuine chills without jump scares — this 1961 gem trades modern gore for psychological dread and atmospheric tension.
