The Rain

After a deadly virus spreads through rainfall and wipes out much of the population, two siblings leave their shelter to search for safety. Along the way, they encounter other survivors and face difficult choices in a dangerous, changed world.

My take

You’ll like this if you enjoy atmospheric virus-apocalypse stories with emotional character drama, but Not for you if inconsistent world-building, slow stretches, and questionable decisions quickly become dealbreakers.
