A reclusive adventure novelist is kidnapped by an eccentric billionaire seeking a lost treasure from her latest story. Her romance-novel cover model follows to rescue her, forcing the mismatched pair to navigate danger, jungle perils, and their unexpected partnership.

My take

You’ll probably enjoy this if you want a light, goofy adventure-romance with playful chemistry and familiar treasure-hunt thrills; Not for you if you dislike formulaic plots or comedy that often misses.
