The Lighthouse

Two lighthouse keepers are assigned to a remote New England island in the 1890s, where harsh weather, isolation, and mounting tensions test their ability to work together. As their stay stretches on, strange experiences and increasingly heavy drinking threaten their grip on reality.

My take

You’ll like this if you enjoy slow-burn psychological horror, striking black-and-white visuals, powerful performances, and stories open to interpretation; Not for you if you want straightforward plots, frequent scares, or quick pacing.
