An overlooked office clerk finds his fragile routine disrupted when a confident look-alike joins the workplace. As the newcomer gains the attention, respect, and romance the clerk longs for, the rivalry pushes him toward paranoia and a personal crisis.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like surreal, psychologically unsettling films with dark humor and oppressive worlds, especially The Machinist or The Tenant; Not for you if you prefer clear plots and conventional storytelling.
