The Cold Room

"The Cold Room" follows Carla, an American teenager visiting East Berlin who is suddenly abducted and imprisoned in a mysterious, freezing cold room. Her captor, a former Nazi officer, believes she is the reincarnation of his deceased lover. Carla must use her wits and resilience to survive the brutal conditions and her captor's delusion, desperately seeking a way to escape the chilling confinement and his obsessive grip.

My take

A claustrophobic psychological thriller that traps you in a mind game between captor and captive. Unsettling and intense, built on delusion and desperation—for viewers who crave smart, dark tension over jump scares.
