Wrongfully accused and forced to flee, a highly trained spy reunites with his long-lost brother, a football hooligan. My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like fast, crude, deliberately ridiculous comedies such as Borat Subsequent Moviefilm or Ali G Indahouse; Not for you if offensive gross-out humor and flimsy plots quickly wear thin.
