The Beatles: In America

Capitol Records promised Brian Epstein that 1964 would be “the year of The Beatles” in America and they certainly kept their word. Beatlemania swept America on the back of a brilliantly conceived and executed compilation album “Meet the Beatles”, a live telecast to American cinemas and four key appearances on the Ed Sullivan TV show.

My take

A celebration of a cultural explosion. This is the documentary for anyone who wants to understand how four guys from Liverpool changed everything, told through the prism of that singular moment when America fell in love. Energetic, nostalgic, and genuinely thrilling.
