An orphaned human boy is raised by apes in the jungle, believing they are his family. When an expedition introduces him to other humans and a young woman, he must navigate two very different worlds and decide where he belongs.

My take

You’ll like this if you enjoy heartfelt animated adventures, identity themes, animal families, and catchy songs in the spirit of The Lion King or Pocahontas; Not for you if rushed plots and frequent musical montages frustrate you.
