A middle school teacher and passionate jazz musician has an accident that separates his soul from his body. In a strange realm where souls develop before entering the world, he enlists the help of a reluctant soul-in-training while searching for a way back to Earth.

You’ll like this if you enjoy thoughtful, emotionally warm animation with jazz, humor, and big questions, especially Coco; Not for you if you want nonstop action or a simple children’s story.
