Critics

Audience

A long-running late-night live sketch comedy and variety series features a rotating cast parodying contemporary culture, politics, news, and everyday concerns. Each episode combines comic sketches, a host’s opening monologue and appearances, recurring segments, and performances from a musical guest.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like live sketch comedy, celebrity hosts, topical satire, and recurring formats such as Weekend Update; Not for you if you prefer consistent humor or avoid political parody.
