Two bewildered courtiers travel toward Elsinore Castle after being summoned by the Danish king. Along the way, they meet a troupe of players and struggle to understand their assignment, their surroundings, and the strange forces seemingly guiding their lives.
My takeYou may enjoy this dry, surreal comedy for its philosophical questions, clever verbal games, and excellent central performances; Not for you if you prefer fast plots, straightforward humor, or conventionally cinematic storytelling.
