Rock Milestones: Metallica - The Halcyon Years
For many Metallica fans the eighties and early nineties saw the band hit its creative peak as a live phenomenon. These were the halcyon years which were brilliantly captured in an immortal live album.
My takeA visceral dive into Metallica's creative golden age through live performance footage that captures the raw energy and musicianship of the 1980s and early 90s. For fans seeking validation of why those years mattered, and newcomers wanting to understand what made the band legendary.
