Resident Alien

After crash-landing in a small Colorado town, an alien adopts a doctor’s identity while pursuing a secret mission. When a local murder draws him into the community, he must navigate human customs, unexpected relationships, and growing questions about whether humanity deserves to survive.

My take

You’ll likely enjoy this if you like offbeat dark comedy, fish-out-of-water stories, and shows such as Farscape; Not for you if you prefer consistent sci-fi rules or tightly paced drama.
