A phenomenon called the Merge combines many legendary realms into one unstable world. A veteran martial-arts master must train a new generation of heroes as they search for powerful dragons that could protect the planet—or be exploited by evil forces to destroy it.

My take

You’ll likely enjoy this if you like adventurous animated fantasy, teamwork, dragons, and colorful action, especially in the spirit of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles; Not for you if you dislike franchise changes or uneven pacing.
