Mob Justice - In the Line of Duty

A cocaine-addicted cop killer is on the loose, managing to elude the authorities at every juncture. The killer has known mob connections so the police put the pressure on the city's head criminals. Buckling under, the Mob puts out a contract on Danza - while the head investigator trails the hit men in order to bring the killer in alive.

My take

A tense true-crime thriller that pulls you into the shadowy world of organized crime and federal law enforcement. When a mobster kills a drug agent in 1989 New York, both sides of the law close in—creating a gripping cat-and-mouse game that keeps you on edge.
