Late Night with the Devil

CriticsCritics: 85
AudienceAudience: 7.2

In 1977, a struggling late-night talk show host hopes a Halloween broadcast featuring guests with competing views on the paranormal will boost his ratings. As the live program unfolds, a demonstration involving a young guest takes a disturbing turn, putting the broadcast and everyone involved in danger.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like supernatural horror with an unusual talk-show setup, a strong retro mood, and tension that builds gradually; Not for you if you want fast pacing or a neatly resolved finale.
