A police chief in Amity becomes convinced that another great white shark is terrorizing the waters. When a group of young sailors is caught in danger offshore, he must overcome disbelief and return to the water to protect them.

My take

You may enjoy this if you want a tense, action-focused shark sequel with a determined police chief; Not for you if you expect the originality, suspense, or character depth of the first Jaws.
