Jacob, Broken By God

Jacob Roe thinks he has his life all figured out until a nearly fatal car accident sends him down another path. After serving his time in prison, Jacob performs community service at a local church where his natural talent for public speaking gains him impressive recognition attracting the attention of Bishop Elmore Hilton, the king of television evangelists.

My take

A redemption story that wrestles with faith, ambition, and second chances. Jacob's journey from rock bottom to the pulpit is messy and morally complex—perfect for viewers seeking drama that challenges rather than comforts.
