IT: Welcome to Derry

In 1962, unexplained disappearances unsettle a small town as a group of misfit children investigates signs of an ancient evil. Their search unfolds alongside frightened townspeople joining forces and a military operation pursuing its own goals, creating a tense blend of supernatural mystery, community conflict, and period drama.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like supernatural mysteries, troubled communities, and coming-of-age horror with a period setting; Not for you if you want consistently frightening scares, brisk pacing, or restrained effects.
