A normal teenager discovers he is developing superpowers, following in the footsteps of his immensely powerful superhero father. As he begins training under his father’s guidance, he must balance the challenges of growing up with the demands and dangers of life as a hero.

My take

You’ll likely enjoy this if you want a mature, violent superhero story with heart and coming-of-age themes; Not for you if slow pacing, teen drama, or graphic gore are dealbreakers.
