Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs

As a mammoth and his partner prepare for a new arrival, their sloth friend finds dinosaur eggs and is drawn into a dangerous underground world. The rest of the herd sets off to help, encountering prehistoric creatures and an eccentric guide along the way, while a familiar acorn-obsessed squirrel pursues a new distraction.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like cheerful animated adventures, prehistoric creatures, goofy comedy, and a close-knit group facing danger together; Not for you if you want a tightly plotted story or humor aimed mainly at adults.
