Three backpackers travel to an unfamiliar European city expecting partying, romance, and adventure. Their carefree trip takes a sinister turn when they become caught in a terrifying situation, leaving them isolated and struggling to survive.

My take

You may enjoy this if you want bleak, graphic survival horror with a provocative edge, but Not for you if you dislike torture, sexual content, slow build-ups, or shallow characters.
