Hetty Wainthropp Investigates
AudienceAudience: 7.4
A determined older woman discovers a talent for solving mysteries and starts working as a private investigator. With practical judgment, help from her husband, and a young assistant, she takes on cases that the police consider too small to pursue.
My takeYou’ll enjoy this if you prefer gentle, character-led British mysteries with everyday cases and an older lead, though it may disappoint if you want fast pacing or high-stakes crime; Not for you if you need constant action.
