In 1961, a new group of students takes over the cliques and traditions of a California high school. My take

You may enjoy this as a cheesy, nostalgic teen musical with memorable dance numbers and a guilty-pleasure spirit, but Not for you if you want the polish of High School Musical or a sequel matching the original.
