Godzilla Minus One

In postwar Japan, a giant monster brings fresh devastation to a country already struggling to rebuild. With no military intervention or government help available, survivors must rely on one another as they face fear, loss, and the challenge of fighting back against an overwhelming threat.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you want a Godzilla story with heartfelt human drama alongside tense destruction and a postwar setting; Not for you if you’re looking mainly for nonstop monster action.
