Ghostbusters

After ghosts begin appearing across Manhattan, a paranormal researcher reunites with a former collaborator and joins forces with a brilliant engineer and a subway worker. Together, the unlikely team investigates the supernatural outbreak and works to protect the city from an escalating otherworldly threat.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like broad ensemble comedies, supernatural action, and upbeat team adventures such as The Heat or Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves; Not for you if you prefer subtle humor or faithful classic reboots.
