Gavin & Stacey

A young man from Essex and a young woman from Wales fall in love, bringing their friends, families, and personal baggage together. As the two sides of the country meet, the series follows their relationships through warm, character-driven comedy and everyday life.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like warm, character-led comedy about family, friendship, and romance, with quirky personalities and dry humor; Not for you if broad jokes or mature themes put you off.
