Free Birds

Two turkeys from very different lives set aside their rivalry and use a time machine to travel into the past. There, they try to change a holiday tradition and protect their fellow turkeys, facing danger, misunderstandings, and plenty of absurd obstacles along the way.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like silly, family-friendly animated adventures such as Hop or Happy Feet Two; Not for you if you want a sophisticated story, consistent humor, or polished emotional depth.
