An FBI agent undergoes an experimental facial transplant to infiltrate a terrorist’s organization and stop a deadly threat. When the criminal wakes unexpectedly and takes on the agent’s identity, both men are forced into a dangerous struggle involving deception, revenge, and family.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you want nonstop 1990s action, outrageous identity-swapping, and theatrical performances; Not for you if you prefer realism, subtlety, or tightly logical plots like Speed.
