Marriage, inheritance, ambition, strained relationships, and clashes between two major corporations fuel this glossy prime-time soap, where family loyalty is repeatedly tested by personal and business conflict.

My take

You’ll enjoy this if you like lavish, campy family power struggles, extravagant lifestyles, and sharp rivalries such as Falcon Crest or Knots Landing; Not for you if you prefer realistic drama or restrained storytelling.
