Dark Shadows

A vampire is unexpectedly freed from his tomb and awakens in the dramatically changed world of 1972. Returning to his ancestral estate, he finds his once-powerful family and home in decline, then faces the challenge of restoring their fortunes while adapting to a strange new era.

My take

You may enjoy this if you like eccentric gothic comedies, colorful characters, and fish-out-of-water humor, especially in the vein of Beetlejuice Beetlejuice; Not for you if you want focused storytelling or sustained horror.
